I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The location was perfect, right in the center of everything. I didn't even need to drive to go to different restaurants. The apartment itself was incredibly spacious and well-appointed. I was pleasantly surprised by the kitchen, it had everything I needed and more. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the pool was a great size. I couldn't have asked for a better experience.

I highly recommend this hotel for families. It's the perfect place to stay if you're traveling with kids.

We had a great stay at a hotel located in the heart of Coolum. The location was perfect, with everything in walking distance. The room was spacious, well-equipped, and spotlessly clean. The staff were friendly and accommodating, and the pool area was great for kids.

It could be noisy on weekend evenings due to proximity to the nearby bowling club.

Pool is not child friendly. Not a major concern but perhaps an oversight in design.

We loved that we could easily park our car in a secure carpark and walk everywhere we needed to go from this hotel. It was so close to the beach, which was beautiful and not too crowded. The hotel facilities were excellent and included a pristine and heated pool that we enjoyed using. We also appreciated the spacious and spotlessly clean apartment with everything we needed for our extended stay. The staff was friendly and even allowed us to check in early and offered a late checkout if we wanted.

We had a great time staying at Element On Coolum Beach. The room was lovely and comfortable, and the proximity to the beach, public transport, and shops was perfect. The apartment was well-equipped and spacious, making it perfect for disabled guests. The kitchen and bathroom were clean and had everything we needed. The living room furniture was comfortable, especially the couch. The outside area was well-maintained and tidy.

The vacation was perfect, so close to all shops and amenities. The beach is beautiful, and the parks are perfect for kids to enjoy! The team was welcoming and helpful, and the fully self-contained apartments were immaculately clean and comfortable.

Some aspects of the apartment were a little outdated and worn, but it didn't take away from our experience. Our only gripe was the limited kitchen utensils and dishwasher sachets provided.

Proximity to ocean

Our room faced a petrol station, ugly! Interiors felt old & smelt! We were really dissappointed as we expected this place to be luxurious! Felt like we had worst room in the place! Was told they were booked out, this room does not do Element any justice!

Location, secure parking, easy access to lifts, general decore.

The airconditioning in unit 4311 was a farce. No air conditioning is ducted to the bedrooms, so you have a cool open plan living area but none of this air flows to the bedrooms, so you have pedestal fans in the bedrooms to stop you from sweating your arse off. This feature detracted from the experience of staying there.

Awesome beds and pillows. Unlimited WiFi. Clean units. Little free extras. No contact communication. Central location. Well-equipped kitchen. Spacious and modern. Heated pool. Close to beach and playground.

Could not be improved in any way.
